I'm fed up with riot

I have contacted Riot Support several times about a problem with my game launcher and all I get is a stupid machine to give me stupid answers that have no relation to my problems. My game keeps going unresponsive, and when it does respond and launch suddenly the game never loads and crashes. I play a lot of ranked games and I had a good reputation of being a good player until I got piled with penalties for supposedly going afk, when I never went afk. My game just never launched and went unresponsive. Usually went I play normal games, I don't have many problems, it launches and loads fine. But with ranked games suddenly the computer goes haywire and doesn't launch. My time is limited when I play because I have to go to the library to use the internet, and the library's connection is good. With so many game crashes and freezes, and with so many penalties I have which I had nothing to do with it. I'm tired, I have asked for help and received none, I have bought Riot points and I expect good service for paying with my money. I expect to be able to play ranked games without getting punished because the game crashed and wouldn't launch. I have time to play one hour and a half, with the penalties increasing I'm not going to be able to play this thing anymore.

It's frustrating, and time consuming to waste my time on penalties I get because of the launcher.
