I Got Permanently Banned For This?

I played a game the other day and got mad bc this guy on my team was being toxic and everyone was saying to stop. I am a toxic player myself but usually just mute everybody. This game however I felt I would test my self and I didn't mute this toxic guy. After a while of calling me gay and ksing me I get mad and say only "fggot". Now I know this is not the best thing to say even if it's not to anyone but I do not understand the unreasonable perma ban. I just want some feedback whether this is the right call or not. Deleting an old post with feedback you don't like, then posting a new one isn't really the best way to go about this. If you want a Riot response and didn't get one previously, you might want to submit a ticket to Player Support to review your case instead.

If your last punishment was within 3-5 months or so, then this single word is enough to move you up to the next punishment tier.

Now that you've been permabanned, you should proceed to level up a new account. I know it sucks being banned but with this guide, you can reach level 30 in just a little over a week even if you dont play that much. http://www.lolking.net/guides/392167

The punishment is warranted because it does violate Summ Code. Another thing is use of racial slurs and bigoted insulting words are insta ban; sometimes even in cases where it isn't used condescendingly or to mean offense (like when friends calle ach other the n word, you can still get reported and punished for that). I'm also not sure on whether you have prior punishments regarding your toxicity so that could also be a reason for permaban.
