Getting banned and accused for 3rd party software?

Hello riot im so confused. I played one game today and didn't log off and to my surprise when i got back i was permanently banned. My account was accused of using 3rd party software and i know for a fact I have not. PLEASE help me understand how proccessed the BAN my account and waste my time and money afterI have been a loyal player. I would at least demand compensation but you can keep my $10 from the 1 skin i bought because im officially done and sick of your lack of customer support and defective banning criteria. I REPEAT I HAVE NOT CHEATED and when i play i see a lot of them but i never did. Riot you have lost my trust and i am forever disgusted. Hopefully you fix the faulty banning so innocent people don't suffer like I did.

Well something obviously trigger the detection in their system of some sort of hacking/3-party program. Are you sure you have nothing on your computer that could have used the Client or changed the files in the game? It just doesnt make sense to me that you got ban for nothing, something had to have happen they dont just randomly ban people unless there is a reason.

honestly idk what triggered the detection program the only thing i usually have on is the internet. The only reason i can think of is that i was mean for one game, but they dont even reveal evidence of anything. i just hope it doesnt happen to others.
