Riot Please Help

I logged into league todαy αnd It sαid I wαs permαnently bαnned. I haven't done anything wrong that I'm aware of other than being chat banned about a month ago. It didn't tell me why I wαs bαnned, I was told to check my emαil for descriptions but nothing. I have been plαying the gαme for αbout 4-5 yeαrs now. I got chat banned about a month ago but I'm reformed and got back to honor level 2 and revently received about 7 key fragments and got a message saying I've been a better summoner. Could you emαil me why I was permαnently bαnned or help me get my αccount bαck Thαnk you.

Like you have seen and done yourself, the best course of action is to ticket Support and wait for a response. Please also avoid bumping your ticket until they get back to you, as it will make your ticket go down the queue and take longer to get to!

Yeah well I bet you he did not curse or do anything worthy of being banned, you just want the kid to make another account and spend another 100 bucks on skins... either that or you are creating 1984 in League, a place where if you defend free though or tell someone to stop trolling or being toxic , you will get banned. The old League where only racist comments and over the top non stop cursing would get you suspended has been replaced by the auto suspend and auto ban because someone doesn't like your champ selection..oh and here you told someone in a game to go top and leave lane...14 day chat restriction coming up. You sit here now and patronize this guy that lost his account he has played for 5 years, POOF suddenly all his hard work is gone, over a disagreement in a completive game... Imagine if real sports banned people over trash talk... Oh wait doesn't league make videos with pro players trash talking? Guess that's great for hyping up the pro circuit, but this kid argues about what champ is best in a lane and you ban him... how cruel and unnessecary.

You are assuming quite a lot from me. Not only do I not benefit or lose anything from people being banned, but I'm simply a volunteer, not a Riot employee like you think I am. We do not even know why he was banned, no chat logs nor him explaining it. I'm simply suggesting for him to contact Riot through their official support channel for more assistance, as we can't do that here.

For all we know, his account could have gotten suspended because it was compromised. We honestly don't know the situation fully; neither you or I.

First, I recommend removing your e-mail address from your post. It's fairly unwise to post it in a public forum like this.

Second, if you want to contact Riot directly about your ban, the best way to do so would be submit a support ticket here.

Bru, you brought a negative experiece and thats enough to ban you. Basically riot employees see reports and think "bad man, bad man, bad man" like little children they point with their fingers in the sky. They act like they have no soul its pathetic lmao. Its not fair, yes, but you gotta accept it right now. Dude my advice is to move on from league.
