Why am I banned??

so I came back after few weeks break from league (where I wasn't doing anything wrong in the games before), I come back to log in today (5/19/2017) and it tells me I have been banned and I should check my email to see why. So I check my email and I see no new emails from Riot Games or any emails regarding an account ban. I really wanna know why I got banned, this is probably my favorite game and it sucks to not be able to play it anymore.

Edit : It says acc has been perma suspended

If you didn't get your e-mail and no chat-logs were provided, there's a chance there was some sort of suspicious behavior on your account and it was locked for your protection.

A quick ticket sent in to Riot Support should help. They'll get back to you with the reason behind the ban, and what steps are needed to regain access to the account (in the case of a ban for your protection), or why the account was locked (if a behavioral or Terms of Use violation).

Edit: Jk. You should log into the client. You should see a reform card. Also, check your email's spam folder. Could be there. If neither work, submit a support ticket. Best of luck to you!

Look at the card when you log in again. Does it say banned or suspended? If it is suspended then it is locked due to suspicious activity and you need to contact support.

Most probably, you got hacked and the hackers were using your account to send out ELO boosting msgs. So Riot locked (suspended) the account for security reasons.

Send a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and they should be able to take care of you.
