You know that Blizzard is much harsher and less tolerant about bad behavior than Riot is? If you were bad enough to warrant a permaban, you won't last one week over at Blizzard.

Thank God, I got a permanent suspension after playing 5 year straight. Already searching for an option, this is close to ilegal since they can close any account due to user terms and not giving you a propper response. Or probe (my case) that I used 3 party software. People should only be banned for a few reasons, cheating/trolling. Banning for anything else is just lame. If people are racist, revoke their posting rights on boards or ingame chat.
