RIOT UNFAIR TOXICITY PUNISHMENTS

Hi. Before I say anything, just know English is not my native language so forget my poor use of it. SO... I've played league for three years, I spent quite some time on this game and apparently i am "toxic". Am I toxic every game? No I'm not. I can play like 20games without typing any words in the chat but at times, I will be tilted or tired and start flaming people that feed, build completely wrong, troll picked and are useless. Anyways, in real life I am a rather chill person, I have friends, I study a lot, and I almost never lose my calm. So like if you want to judge me because of my behavior in game then you're mistaking. Now for the main focus of my topic. I think that banning people's accounts after some chat restrictions that only get rid off after 4months is completely unfair, unjust, selfish, uncaring. Especially that I already got two accounts perma banned on which I spent at least 100dollars on each and may be on my road for a third one. It's like Riot is making it on purpose just so they can make money off people that have to make new accounts and buy xp boost, off they make sure to ban the accounts that get shared (aka bought) so they dont lose any profit. And it might be paranoid to think that but it might also be completely true. Also, the game has a mute button! Understand that some people will get toxic after his or her teammates feed and make him lose lp, his time, and his effort. Apparently the mute button is a last resort option when damage has already been done (quote from riot). Well I completely disagree with that, all the player needs to do is mute just after the first attack and he'll be fine for the rest of the game. But waw, nowadays you can say ''noob feeding team'' with "adc can't cs" and it will appear in your 3games warnings potentially getting you banned just because the players simply disliked that you criticized them for their way of playing, And yes they really do deserve it oftentimes. I think reports should be replaced with something else, or nothing at all. The control riot exerces on their players is enormous and arbitrary. Or at least reduce the duration of 4months to 1month or 2weeks without flaming to go down in the toxicity ladder... People that play a lot and can happen to flame 3games in 4months risking the ban hammer is just........ Now I'm scared of even talking in the chat and I already got 25games restrictions on my third account I am way too scared of talking now but I know that regardless of my efforts I will get tilted and flame in a 4months time then get two weeks ban, followed by perma. This is unjust for the money I spent on this company, I should have a way of recovering my accounts being less stressed about the ban. I tried to be respectful so please put everything I said in consideration and make a petition or something but reduce the risk of getting banned, reports are a hidden war. There needs to be change... Sorry for being so messy in my ideas but I don't want to spend too much times on this and that's also why I didn't try to respond to the counter arguments you might tell me. EDIT: I got 10games restriction and 2games of 25games chat restriction just by leveling from lvl 1 to 30 because of all the noobs that play normals tilting me. And even If I try to be calm Im sorry but It's just too hard when you've played this game for 3years and people that are 2weeks new try to argue with you on any point or flame you. So like let me buy accounts at least ><

So what you are basically saying is that since you spent some money on this game you deserve some sort of special treatment? Don't get me wrong there are times when I read others chatlogs and question whether it's a good punishment or not. But then most of the time either the player didn't post their full chatlogs, or they did something in pre/post game chat which first show in the chatlogs.

With that said though I think the punishment fits the crime. They have already tried chat restrictions and people use other means to get their point across usually by trolling. No matter what they do these people will find a way to ruin the game for others.

Also note that there are better ways to communicate with people. Calling them noob or telling them stop feeding/trolling does absolutely nothing. Instead be helpful. If you are leveling an account from level 1 remember that not every single person you meet will be someone who is already playing the game. They are new people who needs help. Bitching at them for not know correct builds is idiotic. Help them out and show them the correct way. Sadly though you will meet people who can't take that type of criticism and if that's the case just don't talk to them.

All in all this has to do with self control. You calm to be a chill guy but when people only know you with how you act in this game that is all they are going to see of you. Plus it doesn't help that you said you already have two banned accounts I would think that would spark something inside you that maybe you are the problem and not Riot's system.

Or like make an option where you can make everyone mute you for the rest of the game, like chat restrictions but with no chat at all........Please

The punishment does not fit the crime. I am too tired to elaborate but I might tomorrow.

Punishments reset every 4months!! You can play 100+games in 4months and get banned because of 3? Like please this is a completely unfair and arbitrary punishment by fact.

Stop thinking your behavior is anyone's fault but yours. You did not get a 10 game chat restriction AND a 25 game chat restriction "because of all the noobs tilting you". You got those punishments because of how you act.

No one controls you but you.

The system is very fair (errors notwithstansding) A few points/comments:

First: Chat restrictions are not time based, but game-based. The faster you play through games without being toxic, the faster it wears off. Second: Chat restrictions are your notice that you need to clean up your act, as bans are coming if you continue. Third: If you spend money and continue to get accounts banned, that's because you're a negative impact to the community and players. This isn't Riot being greedy, it's you not respecting other players and not trying to control your tilt/flaming/toxicity. Fourth: Spending money isn't a blank check to act however you wish on the account.

Now a suggestion to help: When you get mad and want to say something to someone, don't type it in chat. Yell at them out loud, flame them verbally to yourself. It will still help as an anger release, but won't get you reported. Either way, you are responsible for your actions, so you need to find a way to get them in check so you don't keep getting reported and punished.
