PLS REPORT BOTS PPL! CLEAN THE RIFT

im sure im not alone in that iv been getting kind of frustrated at all of the bots lately in blind pick , its blind pick not vs ai right? so after looking around for why the hell this is goin on, iv come to the conclusion that riot just cant keep up with all of the bots being made i dont think its that they arent trying at all. So the only course of action we have is to just report them when we see them. so please ppl report em when u see em for third party programs and maybey we can at least thin them out a little bit. thank you all and good hunting╰(°▽°)╯

Bots and other 3rd party get banned in waves so creators have a more difficult time identifying what gives it away.

Why should the people who runs bots care about being detected? If they can farm enough IP for accounts and sell said accounts, they have completed their goal anyways.

The only real way to get rid of them is to free all champions. IP has to be worthless if Riot really wanted to get rid of them.

No, riot needs to stop preventing people from playing ranked until level 30. The whole point of buying an account is that you dont have to go through the waste of time that is levelling an account.

You're welcome to level an account yourself by the means allowed to you by the game company. Unauthorized third-party programs are not allowed and the accounts+the IPs that use them will be disciplined according to Riot's rules, which you agreed to when you installed and played the game.

Yep thats right I am. And people are also welcome to purchase accounts which Riot endorses by continuously restricting access to endgame content. Pick one: bots in all normal game modes or bots no longer rampant as there is no market for them anymore.

You are living in a fantasyland if you think people would bot in league if they only needed to get 15 champions.

You can get any champion on any account in the first 5 levels. If you're gonna complain about level limits then you're part of the problem, not the solution.

It's not that Riot can't keep up, it's more like they ban them in periodic waves. Once the wave hits, you'll see a sudden reduction in bots, then it will slowly come back again.

Then again, reporting them does help flag the account so riot can check if their detection missed anything.

You can see when the bot ban wave comes when people start spaming the forum saying that "their" ( bought ) account has been suspendet for 3rd software program but they have it since season 1 and they never used anything.

that is as pointless as reporting someone for afking. as both get handled automatically.

tho with afking you may say there is stuff that riot had to fix so there is a point to it. one example that riot did indeed fix is heimerdinger setting down a pinkward at krugs and his towers at the wall of redbuff so they'd attack the gromps which would consider heimerdinger "in combat" and thus not afk.

Religiously ignorant, refusing to believe any evidence of bots.
A bot user who doesn't want his account(s) reported.
A bot creator/seller whose unethical livelihood relies on people continuing to use his services.
A purveyor of false information for personal amusement or monetary gain (seriously, are you a shill for the bot companies?)

Go play 5 games of Coop vs. AI. You'll notice a trend in the names of botting players. They also only ever run the initial summoners, regardless of account level. They often don't connect until the game has started, hence they all spawn in the center of the allied fountain.

I'll tell you now you'll get a total of actual players somewhere between 3-5 at max.

I mean..bot creation is proactive and banning is reactive so. Riot is and always will be on the back foot.
