Solution for AFK players

Hello Riot Developers and players. I started playing league in season 3, I was excited to finally be able to play ranked once season 4 rolled around. Now today I want to discuss an issue with predominatly resides within bronze and silver but I'm sure is present throughout all Elo's. That is AFK players. It is very difficult for one to climb out of bronze due to the trolls and afks. Take today for example, I had more games with AFK players than I actually did with full teams. This is just pathetic. I want to propose a solution to this problem to you Riot. Why not start instant 24 hour RANKED bans? For an AFK I propose there is an IMMEDIATE 24 hour RANKED Ban, this way the player can still play normals through this time, and will encourage the player to take the RANKED queue more seriously. It is extremely frustrating to have AFK and to lose a game as a result of it. This will teach players to respect the ranked queue more and make them think twice about playing a ranked match if they have other things to attend to.
