When can I get loot crates again

Hi guys, So I had one terrible game with a trolling top laner and a feeding bot lane in my promo to gold. This got me extremely mad and I got a 2 week suspension straight away. i need some tips on how not to tilt in these sort of games and these sort of players. Also I was wondering how long this restriction on loot crates lasts, has anybody already had a 2 week suspension and got the loot restriction lifted? Thanks

You need to keep playing and be positive, signs point to about 2 to 4 weeks.

After my 2 week suspension I was able to get loot crates the same day

i've had people told me on the boards they can recieve hextech after their 2 week ban.

I counted 130 games since their ban.
