What Happens If Im in the lower priority queue and some one in my party leaves?

I just got punished.[zombie-nunu-bummed] (Well i was 5-10 mins afk in ranked. (My fault, yes) ) If I wait in the lower priority queue with my friend. And he dodges or declines,[slayer-jinx-unamused] What Happens? Do I have to wait 20mins again?Nunu

actually, no.

That low priority queue is there before you get into queue. If people fail to accept the match / queue dodged, you are back into your queue.

However, not sure how that will be if you were to cancel your current queue and go to another queue.
