RP should be usable on perma-banned accounts

Alrighty, so if I download a free game and decide to voluntarily pay you money for in game materials that don't even affect my win chances, why in the hell would I not be able to use the rest of that currency in the event of an account getting banned? Like I could still gift skins to my friends or something and have it not be a complete and total waste. It's already a dick enough move to permanently ban someone's video game account just for talking shit, for fuck's sake it's a game? Maybe if people weren't such pansies nowadays it wouldn't matter, but I guess the estrogen levels in humans is naturally rising or something, goddamn xD. Prayers to anyone that works at riot. They're just money hungry fiends that don't even know how to make a proper banning system lul. Btw the games I got banned from I didn't say any cuss words or racial slurs, and besides that fact both games 2 or 3 players from the enemy team were being well more toxic than I was but when they get reported of course nothing is going to happen because majority rules :D. Great game ya have here, it's gonna be done before 2025 lmfao. **Keep it up **

Simply because you agreed to the terms section 2. Account Termination. Before you even downloaded the game. Which states;

2.2. What happens if my account is terminated? (No LoL for you.) If your account is terminated, you’ll no longer have access to it, including any of the associated data or content (e.g., champions, skins, Riot Points, etc.). You’ll not be entitled to any refunds and we’ll have no liability to you. We also reserve the right to terminate any other accounts you may have created (also without any refunds or liability to you). You understand and agree that using the Riot Services comes with the risk that your account may be terminated or suspended and that, whenever you use the Riot Services, you’ll bear this risk in mind and always conduct yourself appropriately.

That means everything is completely denied from any sort of usage on that account. You would have known that if you've read the Term of Use, read ToS first then decide if you want to put money on it. Goes for all games.

My great aunt and uncle have owned an arcade for decades (if you've been to the very south of Jersey you've probably played there). The big competitive games were the Mortal Kombats. It didn't matter if you were on a 20 match streak, if you were cursing you got thrown out, ran your mouth to much and you were banned.
