Friend requested so the guy could flame more
Some guy sent a friend request to me so that he could tell me to go die over and over again, does riot do anything about that or is that just fine by their standards.

They don't do anything about it in private chat. You willingly accepted the friend request and opted into reading their flame.
It's not fine, but it's tough to punish. You can try submitting a support ticket with screenshots but it's still a longshot.
Also - please remove the name from your post. Naming and Shaming is against boards policy.
I mean, you went 1/11/3 and single-handedly lost your team the game. Badly.

Screenshot and send ticket. The thing is you accepted his friend req. on your own. After a match in which this person is toxic , you can guess that hes not sending you a friend req to be best friends :3
