Trashlord Kayden4 votesthen you have not yet been considered "reformed." you have to stop all of the toxic activity (or whatever it was you got banned for) and keep it gone. if you stay good, which means absolutely no slip ups, after a certain amount of time(varies for each person depending on the severity of their punishment), you will be able to earn loot.
