The summoner called [removed by moderation] wasplaying a game with me in URF game mode and he got anivia. He always traped me in corners of the maf with his wall. I couldn teleport one to lane and also he trolled others not just me. His items were very wierd and he was giving up. i couldnt play the game bch he ruined it for me. URF should be a fun game mode not some mode where these kind of peple can troll others and ruin theyr games! Thanks riot!!~~

RIOT created the perception that you can pretty much do anything you want except flame players and you will either get slapped on the wrist after a few hundred offenses or nothing will happen to you at all. Most likely the latter but that is why people stay quiet and do the plethora of other toxic acts instead.
