Have you received punishments for behavior before?

These logs are definitely toxic, but not something I'd expect to see an immediate permanent ban for. If you have had other bans or warnings previously, however, it's probable that this behavior pushed your account over the edge. Consistent toxic behavior of ANY kind can and will eventually lead to a permanent ban if it continues unabated.

got a 2 week ban in 2015 started playing csgo came back played more and perma banned 2017

If you rarely played in between 2015 and now, you were still on thin ice. It takes not just time but a lot of games played to reduce your punishment tier. The fact that you went so long not regularly playing League (I assume) means that you were issued a permaban as the next offense, as you were warned when you got your 14 day ban back in 2015.

ya, the punishment tiers only decay with games played.

Leaving it will just means you continue from where you left off.

Yeah. But also your friend have no main. Also the motive of ban you don't know. Also your friend have no name. Also your friend have no date of when that happened. Also your friend have no ticket of that. Also your friend is not willing to post here so a rioters can check his case for us. Also your friend don't play league at all. Also your friend don't even exist.

Making things up trying to make people believe in a possibility you clearly are looking forward to it's not going to do any favor to you.

It's extremely unlikely that you took a hiatus for 2 years and suddenly got banned.

Usually it goes:

  • 10 game chat ban
  • 25 game chat ban
  • 14-day suspension
  • Permanent ban
