Well the first i think i have see on my friends got permaban but they have learned theyr leasons i think its time for riot to give them a second chance sow im askin and for your opinion
New account == second chance for those permabanned.
just have them start a new account.
@Martensitic, Although I wouldn't want to unban them, we cant ignore that riot does unban permanently banned players. Look at C9 jensen. He got his permanent ban removed. He got banned for "his long history of DDOSing and extremely toxic behaviour". Yet here he is, so if Riot is going to allow one player to have their permaban lifted why won't they do the same for others? (and yes the obvious reason is that C9 Jensen is popular and makes them money while also supporting them on his streams #Riot'sB*tch). In case you go looking this up, I just want to make a note that C9 jensen changed his name from C9 Incarnation.
if you get banned for toxicity you get multiple chances. 10/25 game chat restriction and then a 14 day ban which is a pretty obvious warning for the perma. there is no reason to give another chance cause he didnt want to learn his lesson and got punished for it. in cases of punishment tiers beeing skiped i have nothing to say cause those only go out for racism or extreme levels. PS: You meaning your friend in this case

They already got a 2nd chance. (10game chatban) And a 3rd. (25game chatban) And a 4th. (14day suspension)
They don't deserve a 5th.
Chat restriction & 14 days suspension = 2nd chance.
