Permaban where to discuss/appeal

Hey guys i've never been permabanned before so can you please help me figure a few things out? First off how do you contact Riot to review what you have done. I have read the chat logs but the worst thing to happen to my account has been a 9 game chat restriction around a month ago but it wasn't malicious and hasn't been repeated. I have been playing since season 2-3 I have spent hundreds on this account and game I feel like it is unfair that I should have to lose it all. Shouldn't I at least get a few strikes or a warning of complete loss of purchased goods before this happens. I understand what I said in chat was wrong but from my history of good games with honors from foe and friend alike I do not think that one time should take away my account. I would even agree to a elongated ban like a week or a month but to be permanently banned for slandering in a couple games is harsh. We don't all have good days. I would appreciate anyone who could help and review or give me advice.
