So im the one who needs to deal with inting players or trolling players or unskilled players who lose games to me and teammates, and im the one who recives a 14 day ban ?.

Thats fucked up. You better improve your matchmaking system, implement some rules or requirements to play a ranked game, beacuse low elo players ( like me) have to deal with recent 30 players who havent played at least 500 normal games.

It will be great some requirements to play ranked games.

No you are not the only one that had to deal with bad players, we all do from time to time, we are just not toxic about it anymore because improving is more fun then bitching about my loss.

Also there is a rule for bad players in place to ensure that they don't keep playing above their level. It is called demotion and it is shockingly effective. There also is a requirement for people to play ranked, it is called reaching level 30.

What does flaming someone who is trolling/inting do? Do they stop and suddenly undo all the damage they’ve already done just cause you flame them? Further, if someone’s having a bad game already, but not inting, and you flame them for “inting”, do you really think they’re going to improve?

The answer to all of that is no, flaming them does absolutely nothing to improve the situation, but it certainly does things to hurt the system.

Lastly, the matchmaking system is not the problem. You are matched with that type of person on your team just as often as you are matched in a game where the enemy has that type of person. Statistically speaking, those people do not prevent you from climbing. Your negative attitude, however, does. Statistics show that people win games much more often if they just keep a positive attitude.
