I want to use a custom harrowing skin for this Halloween, but I am not sure if custom skins are aloud. I am not using counterfeit skins like the other guy who was playing a fake championship Riven, I just want to use the Harrowing map. Is this allowed?[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
The general rule with any 3rd party content that you use with League is, "Use at your own risk". If Riot believes that the program that you use can be used to give an unfair advantage, don't be surprised if they ban you for it.
I know that custom skins can be used on characters, as long as they dont offer any kind of gameplay advantage for you. So, personally I dont see why you wouldnt be able to put in a custom map, as long as the details were all the same for it (fog of war, jungle placements, etc). I would still try and contact a rioter about this though, just incase.
Once Riot stated that they encouraged custom skins for cases like people with arachnophobia because of Elise.
