Deep Terror Nami4 votesYou have to be extremely toxic to get a permaban for one game, because there are 4 tiers of punishment you normally have to work through. If you'd like to discuss whether or not the punishment was deserved, I recommend posting your Reform Card for us to review.

Deep Terror Nami2 votesThe Reform Card is presented to you upon logging into the client if you're punished by the Instant Feedback System. If you were punished for chat offenses you'll get 1-3 games of your chat logs that contributed to it. You should also get this in your email.
If you do not get this you may have been punished manually, since that won't generate a Reform Card. In that case you'll need to submit a Support Ticket to get more information about your ban.

This was the ONE Game i flamed. And yes it is extremely toxic they said also EXTREMELY toxic things but ofc i only get banned because he tells the Whole other team to report as well as ours, and there trio queued so.. i had no side in this at all
Deep Terror Nami3 votesYou were banned for using hate speech and telling someone to kill themselves multiple times; there is no situation where that sort of behavior is ok. Riot and the community does not tolerate that sort of behavior, and that is likely why you were escalated to a permanent ban.
Also, reports do not have any sort of weight to them; it doesn't matter how many people report, the system will always check the match exactly the same. Whether 3 man premade, all 9 other players, or just 1 person reported you, the results would've been identical.
