Look directly up from where your posting. Support button, click the closest to what you want to report and tell them directly, politely and with relevant info only :) Try not to bump your ticket ( add on) Support team is actually very good but I think swapped.
Next time report in game and give details w/o long dialog and they will take care of it. Even if you don't see action on your report, rest assured consideration will be taken...

It's kinda frustrating to be assaulted even right from the start of the game.
I know been there done that :) Believe me it is doing Something! I see it :) But really hit report in-game and let it go, if you can't or forgot... send in a ticket...If you Must then post here.
