i was banned for mmr boosting, i believe there was a mix up because of my ip address change, simply i just moved to a different state. i have never been involved in such activity. i have submitted a ticket and got a copy and paste response on my ticket. i would not fight tooth and nail with this issue if i had actually committed the offence. if there is actual evidence i would really love to see this.
They don't take just IP changes to determine boosting. They include chat logs, game behavior, and other personal patterns into account.
If you already asked them to review your case again with a support ticket, I don't think there's anything else you can do besides reopen the ticket.
but the only thing i'm saying is i know EVERYBODY that gets banned says this but i truly have never boosted or anything of that nature. i typically even play by myself solo Q.
cool, finally got them to re investigate the issue. will update the outcome. im almost positive its from my ip change because this happened the day after i logged on at my new house.
this is just the stupidest thing ever... get punished for something i didn't even do... i keep asking to see what led them to believe that i was mmr boosting.
Just keep a cool head, man. I see some of your posts getting angrier. Riot will solve the problem if what you are saying is true. It doesn't look good to get mad, though, whether they are right or wrong.
