14 day ban for 1 single game.

I am so fed up with this bullshit, have not played the game for 5 - 6 months, started a week ago and during that week i did not show any toxic behavior towards anyone, today i had a bad day in general, come home to play some league and knowing my luck i get two people who are not communicating and intentionally feeding, all i did was say three words, three bad words %%% x2 and dick once, that's all it took. Now i am here sitting and thinking how can that happen ? i mean do i not get a warning first after not playing the game for 6 months ? surely during that time i could not have been toxic since i did not queue up for any games ? Under the ban policy it says player can be banned for a number of reasons, feeding and not contributing being one of them, but i can guarantee that those two guys a played my last game with are just fine, how is this fare ? My account has been suspended by a fucking algorithm, the so called "Instant feedback system" or whatever. Those two trolls in my game deserved what i said, they wore wasting my time, and the time of two other players on our team, not to mention the elo, etc. I can assure you that most people who are in their right state of mind and like competitiveness would have said something. Anyway, this is a joke, instead of actually having the decency to investigate the matter properly, i get banned, ignoring my side of things and getting straight to the solution, AND with no possibility of an un-ban even if you do explain yourself.

Or %%% 5x, telling them to do things with a dick, and calling them retarded .. after having 2x chat restrictions.

You should seriously consider what you are saying here before you come back from your 14-day ban. Because I can promise you that this way of thinking will result in a perma-ban.

Riot has a zero tolerance policy on hate speech, which the word in your post that is censored by the forum qualifies as.

As someone who is both, as you say, fairly competitive and in his right mind, there are ways to express your frustration that do not involve insults.

'Account toxicity level' seems to be more reliant on the amount played, rather than actual time. Which is reasonable, i mean, if you aren't playing, you aren't toxic but, should that give a free pass to be toxic as soon as you get back?

Getting a 14 day ban for that is sooooooo unfair if youve never recieved a chat restriction before. The 14 day ban is harsh since you are also threatend with a perma ban if reported again during a two month period after the 14 days is over. Riot doesnt go back on punishments, its unfair your side of the story gets ignored like that. Best of luck though, hopefully this issue gets resolved.

Maybe i should be punished, but this severe? isn't their like a tier 1,2,3,4 type of thing and they go down every 3 months or something? Oh and what is the alternative way of expressing my frustration? and why should i if they caused it? It's not like i was doing it just to do it. Some bs system.

You turn "They deserved to be shit-talked" mentality into a ban. That's the idea behind Toxicity, it spreads. If you end up becoming toxic, then you also would have to be punished.
