Riot this account got banned like a half year or more ago, for this time i wasnt playing so much league because i didnt wanted to start it from 0. For this half year i understood that flaming people will not help me anyway playing better or winning. And except that on this account i have 2 skins of zed which i paid for money so bassicly im writing to you to ask you for request, can i get unbanned? I dont want finish playing league and i cant play because i wont have runes, masteries and champions.The champiosn costs to much, it takes like 50 games get a 6300 champ it would be better if they cost less, but i dont care about this now. I dont think you gona awnser to me but i hope so, i wont flame more my teammates it has no sence+it doesnt help someway. Flaming made me lost account with 2 zed skins and my interest to league. My fav champ is zed and i bought 2 awsome skins and for my stupid lfame i got banned. I want change it, i want get back my account, stop flaming, start getting a division and having my skins.Hope you awnser to me but i dont think so ... With love JUST 1 of your 60millions players...(If somebody from the people who read that can help some way please message me i really want change my mistakes)

Riot doesn't unban accounts if it was justified... No matter what. If you are reformed make a new account. That's your ony option.

It sucks, but bending the rules for any one individual would mean there would be large demand to bend the rules for everyone else.

Changing now doesn't change the behavior that led to the perma-ban in the first place. Changing your behavior prevents future bans, it doesn't revert past ones.
