Can it be an auto ban to say "Its just flex" and proceed to fk around

Its annoying as fuckign shit these days to play flex queue without every single game getting someone who says "its just flex", as they proceed to feed and fk around and troll because "its just flex".

Its RANKED, play it like its ranked. Riot really needs to be stricter with people who say shit like shit like shti and then proceed to just troll. As it completely devalues the queue and turns it into basically normal games. As people just fk around because they dont treat it as ranked.
