What can you do about someone threatening to feed in the picks screen?

Just had a guy threaten to feed unless I played Jungle and he played Bottom, our opposite roles. Image of the chat. Someone dodged, possibly him, or someone else who just didn't want a screwed up game. Can I report this guy to Riot? This kind of thing sucks massively, especially at my awful tier of ELO.

Also you can try to submit a ticket @ https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us (under ask a general question) with this story on it.

And yea for now the only option is dodging.
