I just love when people try to skew polls. Honestly your chatlogs show you insulting people (despite what you think you were insulting them) threaten with reports, which makes no sense since it only takes one report to trigger a review.

With that I'll say your punishment is deseving. Maybe next time actually play the game instead of using the chat majority of the time just to insult people.

You're only punished if you're toxic in an excessive number of games. Most people don't talk like that every game. Most people are only toxic every once in a while. So yes, it's being applied to everyone. Also, punctuation is important.

its ok i started a new account and instead of flaming now im only pissing ppl off so they flame me and i report them so they get banned and i walk away so far its working as fuck i got 33 players banned ..
