Why can't I report someone when i look at the match history? If I forget to report two flamers and afkers at the end of a 10 min game, shouldn't i be at least able to report them? Just had a game like that lol

You have to go to the "support" page and submit a ticket for report a player. You need to know their summoner name and have them in your past 20 games.
