I just want to throw out a warning to anyone using Wooxy... you can/will get banned if you use it. I logged in today to find I was banned.

Might be able to help. Send a ticket to RIOT and hope that you weren't in the wrong.

I don't think that it's prohibited to have custom skins tbh.
