Low spec mode makes it hard to honour teammates!

I run low spec mode and the time it takes after the victory/defeat screen to get to the new honour page before the end game lobby can be substantial. The game will end and I usually wait for a few seconds as full screen closes and the loading screen comes back up, but I usually will open a web browser or leave the computer for a moment because of this wait. The honour page seems to give you a 30 - 60 second window to honour a teammate. but it's funny that I do not know the exact time limit because I have never seen the honour page come up. I always come back to my computer and see the countdown or that I've already missed it which is sometimes disappointing when I had a teammate I really wanted to honour.

Short story long, I just think that if the honour system is going to be around for any extended period of time, that a way to honour teammates in the end game lobby should be made possible. I realize that it is nice to see the honours you've received as soon as the lobby opens up, but it should still be possible and be given an out of game notification for receiving.

If a riot member sees this, give jerkytacos the honour they deserve for being a good teammate

Your computer is slow, which is fine, but you

usually will open a web browser

will make it perform additional tasks or

leave the computer

and neither of those things are helping you honor people. If you

really wanted to honour

a teammate, you only have to modify your actions, probably.

honor screen is between 32 and 36 secs, but yea its really short.

usually in low spec mode it needs some time to load up the post-match screen and it always annoys the heck outta me if someone spams in chat while i see the loading thingy, but hear the freaking sound

Oh is that why? The two friends I normally play with take forever to load and I always wondered why. I'll be already out of lobby, checked my damage to champs n shit, said ggwp, leave, and then they're like "hmm who to honor?" Like what?! You're just now honoring people?! Wtf took so long??? They didn't know why either.
