WTF Perma ban
Came home to a perma ban two days ago. Absolutely no email or reason for the ban. I am very confused as someone who has played LOL for years and has spent hundreds of dollars on this account. This isn't right.

If you didn't get an email, and it didn't show you a Reform Card when you tried to log in, it may be a security lock on the account. Any of the IFS punishments are accompanied with a Reform Card when you try to log in, and most of the account sharing and other gameplay related offenses tell you when you try to log in why you are suspended. The pop-up will say something like "actions on this account have been found to be in violation..." or it may even say Intentional Feeding.
Security locks show up as "permanent suspensions" when you try to log in, but it's not the same thing. It's just a lock on the account put in place by Riot to protect the owner of the account if they suspect that it has been compromised. They do not generally come with a warning pop-up, and may not come with an email, in case the email was the way the account was hacked. All you need to do is contact Player Support via ticket, and confirm the ownership of the account. They will ask you some questions to prove that you own it (things like first champion/skin bought, locations that you have played from, ISP, how you've bought RP, etc.) and you just need to answer as many of them as you can, to let them be sure that it is your account. Then they can unlock it, and you can get it back. At that point, you'll just want to make sure that your computer and email are secure, and I would recommend changing all your passwords.
What does it say when you try to log in? Could be a security issue and not a behavioral one, just wait on that ticket.
