AFKs and D/Cs

We all hate them. Having one on your team almost always guarantees a loss. And having one on the enemy team makes it too easy. When someone afks or d/cs, they ruin the game for the other 9 players in it, especially if it's Ranked. Every now and then people might have a connection issue, or an unexpected power outage, but no matter how justified it is, it still ruins that match. I've had one or two games where either my connection or the Riot server was acting up and prevented me from reconnecting, and I felt like such an awful waste of skin for it since I know I ruined the game for everyone involved.

I really feel like afks and dcs should be more harshly punished, even when it's due to a connection issue. Teams that have an afk should lose less LP in Ranked, and teams that win against an afk should gain less RP. People who afk/dc and get that red name in the post-game lobby should receive low-priority queue penalties more frequently, or even face temporary suspensions/bans from Ranked.

Even if I was punished like that for d/cing when it wasn't my fault at all (such as my power suddenly going out), I'd totally understand, and accept the punishment. Just my two cents on the matter
