hi, i talked shit on league game and i didnt knew i could be perma ban... Now i want to know if i can have my account back. Like with Restriction or with contrat cause i played league for 2-3 years already and i dont want to stop now i prefer stop talking to people than having my account ban.

True enough, didn't think that through. But I'd say that if anything compares to parole it's chat restrictions; which would mean he already had that a bunch of times.
