I just played with Al with my friends. I even seldom said something in game. I don't know why I am banned!!!!

It shows that my ticket has activity 30 minutes ago, but still no reply.

After five days, they finally unbanned my account and gave me 1000RP as compensation. [slayer-jinx-catface]

The ban date is a code, the reason you were banned. 2700 has appeared a lot recently meaning it could have been from a ban wave, probably meaning it was for 3rd party programs/scripting, but there's no way to know for sure. I haven't seen that code before.

That could have been a clarical error on riots part or maybe some shmucks falsely reported you (if enough people report you for the same thing it eventually gets some attention). If you've been reported for and found guilty of botting then I'm not surprised they banned you. It violates the way lol was intended to be played and riot can easily punish you for it.

like @Kei143 is doing, constantly in every board he finds about bans. Im still banned with this problem and, This is really bad for RIot, since they can¡t give me any reason or probe. I can think they just doing ir for porpuse, and I lost 5 year account with more than U$S100 expended, (plus the time)

They said that my account might possible be botted, which is ridiculous, I never used that kind of software. They have investigated this for three days. I miss my account! And these days when I played with my new account, I always met the bot players!

I looked at your match history and judging from the scores/builds there's 0% chance you botted. So, I'm wondering, did you buy the account from the start or did you create it and level it up by yourself?

What do they mean by "possibly botted"? Is that a direct quote from them? Kind of weird for them to ban your account based on suspicions, not proof.

Looks like you'll be fine then, once they figure out there's a person behind the account. I bet what triggered it was the fact that you mostly play vs. AI - bots rarely go into PVP.

 I would like to play PVP, but my girlfriend always got so upset when others blamed her. So she wanted to practice well first and then we can play with people.

I created the account and level it up all by myself. I am sure it must be a mistake, but they haven't replied me for two days.

Not true, I was wrongfully banned, but Riot Support admitted they made a mistake and compensated me with RP.

You got banned because of your negative behavior towards others. Don't blame Riot for your misbehavior

At the first two days I sent the ticket, they replied quickly and said they would investigate. But after that they don't reply any more!

One thing - sending extra messages can bump a ticket to the back of the queue. They start with the ticket that's been left alone the longest, and replying to the ticket can make it look like there's been more activity than there actually was.
