Perma Banned Year and a half ago

I was permabanned on my main account some time ago, being as I was a toxic player back then, it was understandable. But sitting here and now, I am as reformed as I could be. I don't want to add a sympathy piece here, but just returned from my second deployment and to say I wasn't going through some things mentally would be a gross understatement. Now I do know that most permabans are irrevocable, but for this specific player I am asking for a lift on my ban.

Now, I want to begin streaming League of Legends, and use my account and presence for good. Thank you for your time.

No. You got banned and you should stay banned. Create a new account or play something else.

And flash your pity-deployment-card somewhere else. Won't work here.

You can try to appeal via Riot Support but you'll have better luck just making a new account and reforming from scratch.

Riot gives almost everyone infinite second chances in the form of a new account. Sorry, but losing your old account is the punishment for your old behavior, and since you can't go back and change how you acted the account stays lost.

It does suck to have it gone forever, but having such a harsh punishment prevents a lot of people from passing the 14 day ban mark and reaching a permaban in the first place.

Unfortunately a permabanned account is gone for good. Riot will allow you to create new accounts if you don't have an ID ban, but aside from that you're SOL.
