Can there be a way to report people after the game?

Recently I played a ranked game. I was vs a vlad mid, and obviously they were all flaming they're jungler for the loss. One thing i have learned, is that you can't win them all. Well, after the game had ended the vladimir went out of his way to add me, and tell me to go F*ck myself. I know riot can look into this. I'm not a perfect player myself i will admit. But i don't cuss people out or go out of my way to call them names, and then hide behind a delete after. Thank you for your time.
