After sending ticket, it was lifted, but because I called them idiots that game + a game that is LITERALLY old 2months... 2MONTHS (18/01/2018) where I told talon "fk this talon" I got chat restricted 24 games.. srsly? RIOT had to dig that deep to find another game where I flamed to just find a reason to chat restrict me?? I mean I even had gold honor Im not that bad of a person (I hope)... cmon

Why would you even write kYS in chat IF YOU KNOW THAT ITS BANABLE? Thats like shooting yourself in the head while explaining that shooting yourself in the head is lethal.

Reports aren't read by humans.

If you get reported in a game by one person (multiple reports literally change nothing in any case ever) a machine will scan your chatlog and read it against weights it has against certain words (the list is quite expansive, the word "you" even counts towards bans, although it isn't weighted heavily).

Other fun words that have some level of ban weight are:

ff 15 report feed troll noob ez And other various insults (ape retard scrub etc)

These bans will go chat restrict into 14 day into perma.

Certain zero tolerance phrases exist (the abbreviation for kill yourself, various slurs) where if you say them twice in 1 game or 2 of them once you'll get straight 14 day'd or perma'd (if you've taken a 14 day) in almost exactly four and a half minutes if anyone reports you.

What likely happened here is that you asked them for a review, and they gave you one -- a thorough one, to ensure that they weren't lifting a ban from a player who had been trying to slip behavior under the radar.

They found that the KYS comment was not part of your normal behavior patterns and that the context was enough in your favor that they lifted that punishment, but they also found some behavior that the system had missed -- likely behavior that WOULD have resulted in a punishment if the KYS hadn't triggered a more aggressive one.

In short, you came out ahead -- but if someone investigates a problem and finds another problem, it's not appropriate to just ignore that issue and go "well, we'll just pretend that isn't an issue."

It doesn't matter how long ago it happened, you still said it and can't take it back. You get banned after using chat in a bad way TOO much or a certain amount of times.

As to your last line, no you aren't a bad person. Riot doesn't issue punishments out of morality. They issue them because of players who leave their game due to too much toxicity. So they punish based on triggers to arguments and arguments themselves. It has nothing to do with your moral status. It has everything to do with keeping chat clean and trying to prevent people from derailing games with stupid debates, petty arguments, and insults. You are not a bad person, you simply broke the summoners code. It's not a big deal, don't take it as a life lesson or a judgement of you as a person ffs.
