Can riot send me a gmail to why I am banned. I want to know why I have been banned. I have been banned unjustly. I don't think I have done anything wrong to be banned. I don't troll. I just got into plat. I play my best. I get frustrated sometimes but everybody does. I am sorry if that is a reason for me getting banned. I am generally nice.
Naenia5 votesRiot will send you an email stating why you have been banned. TBH, it's not very effective creating a post asking why you have been banned without posting anything that gives us a reason to determine why you deserved/didn't deserve a ban.

Zombiemaster1 votesIf you cannot find an e-mail, even in the spam folder, then you need to submit a support ticket asking for the information regarding your ban. Be patient, as it can take awhile to get a response back, as Player Support is almost always swamped with tickets.

If you don't have that, then its a manual review.

If you were banned without the reason being shown or chat logs included, it was likely a manual ban by a Riot employee. As such, you have to create a support ticket asking for the cause and reasoning behind your ban.
They should get back to you within a few days. Don't resubmit the ticket to try and bump it up since that just send you to the back of the queue.
