So i went in a game and there was xin in jungle i pinged to take drake and he missed a smite and blamed me for losing it. all game he flamed me bcs of a bad game etc. so i told him to be quiet and once said stfu. Is league becoming a game for under 10 year olds ? i think you should be able to tell people to be quiet and stop flaming. didnt even spam cause xin spammed alot about how bad i am and stuff and once said "QUIET"

There is nothing in ur text bout false reports....
It's highly doubtful one stfu got you punishments. I've said that at least once. Not often, but I've never even been warned. Chat logs or you're just trying to paint a pretty narrative that's false. Also hopefully you realize how that 'stfu' isn't the same communication style as 'please be quiet and stop flaming'. If you can't, idk what to tell you about the other 10 year olds in the game.
