i got banned because really toxic and I spammed and truthfully I didn't spam its a habbit and im really sorry plz help I promise I will try to not be as toxic that much because I put a lot of money and time into this account and im very proud of the account even though it is only b3 plz help. im sorry
If you are permanently banned for toxicity, I'm afraid there's no recourse to regain that account -- your 14-day ban warning specifically mentions that the next ban is a permanent one, and that is the last warning.
Unless you were immediately permanently banned? In that case you MIGHT be able to argue your case, but that would depend on the severity of your behavior, and we'd need to see your chat logs for that.
If, however, it is NOT a permanent ban then you're in luck -- just make sure you REALLY improve your behavior and you should be able to work the punishment back down.
14 Day ban? You can wait it out. Perma ban? They don't process appeals, best bet is to make a new acc

Ive only got banned for afking before, and thats not even a formal ban(20 minute queue), i have alot of champions and skins and i know when to flame and when to not. if its a permaban.......... ask your daddy for money if its a 14 day ban......... have patience,14 days is better then forever no?

If the ban is permanent, there is no reversing it unless there was a mistake.
