Matchmade with feeding UNRANKED players.

Currently, I am silver 3 with 68 lp, and with an MMR of 1422(according to op.gg, which is silver 2), and that is after my recent game with an unranked player. During that game, I had a shyvana top lane who only played 2 games in ranked and started spellthief's edge, which I also feel like he's trolling, but anyways, why is he even qed with me in the first place? I was solo qing, and just as I'm on the game going into promos, out comes a feeding shyvana. This also happened with a game before, where I had 0/11 jungle yi unranked ruining my last game to promos. It just feels like the system just doesnt want me to rise higher into the ladder. I know that I have to carry harder, but I would even preferred a 4v5 without these bad teammates just feeding gold and exp to the enemies. Why can't the unranked players be placed with other unranked/bronze players?

You cannot have 10 unranked AND at similar mmr (not bronze) in a game. The queue time would be completely unreasonable.

Just because someone is unranked (placement matches) doesn't mean he doesn't have a mmr that is similar to yours from last season.

If completely new player with no prior mmr from last season, they are usually placed in the B1-S1 range (your range) to start off.

How is the system supposed to determine someone's ranked if all they play is unranked players?

S2 MMR is pretty average... unranked players could easily have higher MMR than you or I. (I'm also s2, not sure my mmr). Also, it could be that someone on the other team had the same, if that person's MMR was lower. A lot of people queue with friends who have varying MMRs and in order to make the match not so one sided, the system attempts to even them out. Also, in order to move up, you kind of have to prove that you're worthy. Eventually you're gonna have to win a game against better opponents, if you expect to be able to be the same rank as them. So they give you matches where you're at a disadvantage to test if you are worthy. This makes sense to me, but a lot of people seem to think it's just Riot fucking them personally for some reason.
