hey uh this account was banned like over a year ago when i was younger and pretty toxic but i have been better since then i really wanted to get this account back since i spent over 300$ on it and i dont want that to go to waste just like perma mute my account or something but give it back cause i spent alot of money on your game and i feel like im being robbed
ModThe Djinn3 votesSadly, I can't bring great news. Once an account has been banned that ban is never overturned unless the ban was applied in error. The final warning is the 14-day ban preceding the permanent ban, and there is no other recourse once that permanent ban is applied.

A permaban isn't supposed to be your wakeup call, it's all the punishments BEFORE that one, a permaban is Riot basically saying that they don't want your money anymore and don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Nope, the terms are available on the website. You violated them and Riot revoked the account, along with the purchases made, which are effectively "leasing" the services rather than buying them. By being banned you lose access to it. There is no way of coming back from a perm ban apart from a new account.

Xurreal1 votesnow don't take what I said literally, I meant it figuratively. Gosh that's the thing about the forums. You say one thing someone doesn't agree with and they're ready to come at you with pitchforks and torches.
What I mean to say in so few words is, Riot owns your account whether you put money into it or not. They also control your permissions. If you don't have permission to use that account then it's pretty much breaking the law if you find a way to use it.
That's just how I view myself getting my account back. It's no longer mine.

I am hot headed and got anger issues.
But that ban was my wake up. Until then, I hadn't considered my state of mind. My mental countenance, so to speak.
I was always looking for a reason to get others punished. Post-ban, I realize how that mentality is toxic to the overall health of the game.
I love this game. If that is the compromise they agree will protect the longevity of the game, then I show my support. P It's worth losing my grande or so to just know that fighting this issue is their priority.
Besides. If i really love the game, i won't stop spending on it, i will still support it and it's goals. I will refuse to take the ban too personally and continue to spend.
