riot doesnt give a shit. They just say report them in game like it actually does something about someone wasting 20-40 min of your time.
it has to have more then one report for the offensive , like if he got reported over and over for feeding and his history shows him feeding then it would apply but based on that screen shot dont look like that player is feeding in those games. my bad i had to click to enlarge the EZ game well that is intentional but who knows. maybe a lil brother was playing and not the account holder ect. but that 1 game isnt really gonna be enough.
