Hi , how many people work in RIOT !? ..on developement or progressing with new ideas how to get rid of this people who just dont realize that someone is here for fun and progress and someone is here for bullet in the head :) RIOT THIS IS SERIOUS ! people troll when they role is SUPPORT in BRONZE OR SILVER , people feed and they dont care , they speak in game : IDC I WANT BAN , I WILL RUIN YOUR GAME IDC NOOBS , BLA BLA....... if you see that kind of chat , why this people dont get permanent ban !? you recently on my other acc who is level 30 , connect me twice with same troller and he do same things , why this people play ranked games !? because you give them that ! why not disable ranked for trolers !? i have idea ! when people troll on ranked games 1st you need to disable ranked with 7 days , second you bring them back on BRONZE V .... wherever they are , i have flamers all games , this game get from people worst , i have same issues recently ..i have been toxic bla bla ... and you pemaban me , but this was so quick ...., 2 days of rage i get ban , and some of people i have on my list just to see when you will ban them and they are toxic all the time , and they still playing ! so , if you dont give attention to WORST ONLINE GAME FLAMERS , your game will just fall of and in 2-3 years .....bye bye ....people will play something else , i hope i will if this persist , ok (my english is bad ) so let me know what you think of it

if you send trolls back to bronze V you will literally fuck over every new player that ever starts playing the game. cause that means the trolls are going to fluxuate between the ranks of bronze and new players will never be able to climb. while for someone who isnt in bronze anymore it seems like a great idea, but for new players who arnt all that experianced or even for players like me who dont play ranked this would fuck us. if i decided to play ranked no matter how i do in my placement matches i will get bronze because season 3 i was bronze and havent played ranked for 4 seasons. this would fuck me over if i ever decided to play ranked. So no. this is a terrible idea. and to honest like 90% of the trolls are in Plat.

I feel like I've said this soooo many times by now, but it is much easier for the Instant Feedback System to detect and punish toxicity, as it's based on keywords and things like that. It's harder to detect trolling, but Riot has been working on making the system capable of both detecting and punishing players for that sort of behavior.

Personally, I have the same concerns as the others regarding demoting toxic players into one of the low divisions, because it will chase away new players, and discourage the long term players who simply don't play much ranked. But I do like the idea of having a system that detects and restricts/bans players from ranked based on trolling or griefing due to autofilling. It should be quite easy for the system to detect whether a player spends the majority of their time in the lane they are supposed to be in. Without a report issued, the system itself would not act, so as to not punish people for lane-swapping, etc. But if the player is detected to be outside of the lane they were selected for AND they are reported by a player on their team specifically for not playing their designated role (which would need to be a new report category), it could flag the account in the same way that toxicity reports do. Once a player has accumulated enough reports, a punishment could be issued. Which could be anything from a 25 game no-ranked restriction, to a 14 day no-ranked restriction, etc... Basically, anything to give the punishments a set of tiers, and at the fourth tier, permaban. Possibly even have the third tier being a permanent suspension from any ranked matches. I suppose it would depend on whether you want the system to target only ranked trolls, or any troll.
