Are we ever going to get an option to report players after we've left the post match lobby? I'm getting really tired of saying something like "Can't overcome a 5/13 Annie" and finding out I got reported for "verbal abuse" 10 minutes later by a new lvl 22 summoner. I'd at least be able to counter the report or something, because this is getting ridiculous.

You want to counter report out of pure spite? Yeah, not happening.

Also 5/13 Annie is terrible.

You deserved that report, technically, because it's against the Summoners Code and TOS to be negative. Refrain from making passive-aggressive excuses for your loss, and you won't have to worry about it.
