Please take consideration and a look into what I have to say... Recently I only just got unbanned today from a 2 week ban, have played 6 games, won 4/6 which is great. I have not been toxic. I was playing with premade friends. This is the chat logs. I was NOT toxic, I did NOT name call, I did NOT AFK, I tried my very best to win the game, please review the games in question, on "Game 2" I WON THE GAME WITH A HARD CARRY finishing with a total score of 27/4/5. I was NOT rude or offensive. My jungler went AFK at 20 minutes in the game after going a score of 1/11 (INTENTIONALLY FEEDING) I tried to keep my cool and didn't type anything offensive. I stated people's Ranks difference, In "Game 1" I was very SLIGHTLY offensive after reacting to what was wrote in chat towards me, such insults as "%%%% your mother" and more. And then having my ADC come steal all jungle camps, then INTENTIONALLY FEED and be toxic in chat. In the end I muted them being the bigger person.... The only part where I would consider offensive is "do you have a brain draven" which is commonly said throughout the game by many players/streamers/LCS/shout casters and others I know this doesn't make it acceptable but I don't think it was as bad to what could have been said to an extent... I do not think this approach was fair, I was permanently banned for 2 games after 6 which I have only played since 2 weeks ago.... I have spent over 3700 hours on this game which is a very long time being a loyal player over the years. I play daily for 6-12 hours as this is my favourite hobby, and have ended up spending over £400 AS WELL as owning all champions, rare skins and more. I take part in surveys, have a PBE account and more... I think this must be a mistake or I will be very heart broken and extremely upset that I will have to all of a sudden quit my beloved game without wanting to... Thank you for your consideration and time and I deeply apologise.

Do you guys think this was fair?

These comments, while not particularly negative by themselves, are punishable when combined with your past offenses. At the issue of a 14day ban, you're told that Any further negativity will result in a permanent suspension. This doesn't just mean slurs, it means spam pinging your laner, insulting someone's rank, or intelligence, etc. Even just "idiot" would've been enough.

So you literally cannot type anything at all after a 2 week ban? Why even give me the function to chat if I can't type ANYTHING? I'm literally stating someone's rank to another person in the game who asked... "better jungler wins" was a slight joke in all chat with the other jungler, I even LOST the game... therefore I called them better..? Asking for a report shouldn't be an offense, that's literally speaking your opinion, they don't have to report them, it's their choice. "Were you born with a brain" is literally a joke, it's not like I'm telling someone to go "kys" or anything bad like that... "stop crying plz" literally means play the game, stop typing and moaning and we can win... it's about positivity.

You can't say anything with any negativity, joking or otherwise, yes. Chat is still enabled because it's important for communicating with your allies, but that does not mean that you will get away with using it for negative interactions. I will say this though, it was revealed in the past that Riot takes your honorable gameplay into consideration, and a few months of consistently positive games and interactions can "reduce" your punishment tier, meaning you could save yourself from a perma if you've gotten off of a 14 day, but have been positive for ~6-7 months or so with no penalties. I've seen others do it, but in your case unfortunately the permaban is deserved, I do believe.

I mean, you were told that the next punishment would be a permaban. If you're not reformed, what reason have you given Riot or the rest of the community that you still belong here?

I never get why people that just come off a 14 day ban just go into their next game to just flame on.

It was 6 games later, which is like 6-7 hours. And it's not exactly "flame" is it...

That doesn't make it better, still literally the first day after your ban.

You are the typical negative dude that blames everybody for everything, calls for reports etc. that nobody wants in his game. And things like "idiot" and "are you born with a brain" are flaming.

Thing is, you just need to chill. I can't say that I never got any punishments and are the most positive player, but I know that all of these were justified because I'm a semi-toxic fck. And you have to be clear that using chat like that will give you chat restricts that eventually sum up to bans, especially if you keep using it like that. If you start a new account, you should be clear that writing negative things that don't contribute to the game at all are considered punishable behaviour. Usually it's just better to write nothing. Like I said, I'm not the most reformed player out there, but it will help a lot if you just try to don't use the chat at all for other things than tactic or important calls. You even win more games this way if you don't tilt your whole team even more, I noticed.

Earthy is correct. Riot is pretty clear that you need to be very cognizant of what you type in chat coming off of a suspension. You were reprimanded, and they want some evidence that you've improved.

Yeah, it sucks when there are people who ruin games for us - I get that. Responding to their negativity is exactly what gives them power though. At the end of the day, if you truly feel like your punishment was too harsh or you feel like you can show/prove that how you communicate is something you're working on, then you need to go through Player Support and submit a ticket.

My advice to you, if you continue to play or get your account re-instated, is to just /muteall every game, and maybe go as far to just disable all chat in your settings.

I won't be playing anymore, no point starting a new account from level 1 which takes WAY too long to get to 30, unlocking all champs with the new slow way to earn BE, plus losing over 60 skins/rares... It's too much time and money again. Plus now losing all the people I had added on my friends list, all summoner icons I earned from events and other stuff.

yeah same thing happened to me but unfortunately they really only look for any kind of toxicity in my personal opinion i feel like they don't look at why they were toxic like you can get flamed by the top laner and you argue with him but then everyone takes his side and you only get the punishment like yeah i get i was toxic but cmon im defending myself atleast give me an option to explain myself

that was on my old account but i have tyler1 reformed since then obviously since im not just gonna continue getting banned and leveling up account :P but still it can be really unfair to the people who get singled out and get punished for trying to defend themselves from flames and such
