Normally you really should block out the names, but threatening to int is just as reportable as actually inting. If you make a service ticket with riot you can report them outside of the game. I've done this about 4 times since i've often spectated my friends, and found out they were inting in games. Safe to say theyre banned now and they arent my friends anymore.
