Probably never. You can play 400+ games and you will not even rise to lvl 1. Rito doesnt really give incentives to those who are punished and reforming is not an opportunity that they offer as alternatives.

You will never rise. You start a new account of accept honor level zero for the next 2 years and 1000 games. All it takes is one person to report who didn't like you. It doesn't have to be valid but it still lowers yuor chance of raising.

I disagree. Imo the incentive is to not get punished in the first place. If you could easily climb back out of the hole you dug for yourself, it wouldn't be much of a punishment, would it?

The dumbest statement ever said on these forums. If there is no incentive to reform, then you develop a negative feedback loop. You views are as bad as private run prisons.

There's no specific amount of time or games that determine this. You just have to keep playing, not being toxic and it will unlock and rise.
