Solo Q Dodging LeaverBuster

Hm... Where do i start?

So today when i went into SoloQ, there's a guy who said he have to go top , else will FEED ( Someone already called top and locked ). Want it or not i have to dodge at the champion pick, so i got leaver buster penalty ( 10 mins ) that's better than 20 mins wasted play time right?. AND AFTER THAT, someone took my jg ( i called first btw ). he doesn't want to do supp and i dodge again ( cuz i cant supp and i dun wanna fuk shet up ).

All i want is a system like Vote Kick ( seriously tho ) on SoloQ, so that when we got feeder or autolock guy we can vote kick him. This system, IMO can saves alot of time don't you think?. so for example there's a guy who will say that he's going to feed, or he forcefully take lane, I/someone can do /vote_kick him,rather than wasting 20 mins of playtime and ends up on /surrender. When 3 or more ppl voted yes to kick, we all will go back to queue and the feeder will got time penalty ( like 5 mins, 10+ mins is too much ) in hope that he wont do that again..

With this system, we don't need to dodge Champion Pick ( I've done it alot srlsy )
